Shipping Policy

All products are made to order & generally take 3-5 business days to create once an order is received.
 

• Orders received after 4pm PST Monday - Friday will be processed starting the following business day.
   

All orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage with their estimated shipping speeds of 2-5 business days unless otherwise requested.
 

• If you have specific shipping requests (ie. ship Priority Mail or ship via UPS or  FedEx instead), or are local to the Portland Metro Area & would like to arrange for pickup / hand delivery, please let us know by responding to your confirmation email with your request.
   

  • If you are local to the Portland Metro Area and would like to pay cash, please let us know by responding to your confirmation email that you will be paying cash. ​
     

• ​If nothing is requested it is assumed that you are wanting us to ship your order, (locally included), and your order may therefore be subject to the below additional charges applied to your invoice:
   

  • Local & hand delivered (cash included) - $3.50 delivery charge.
     

  • Local & customer pick up - $0 delivery / shipping charge.
     

  • Orders over $50 - $0 shipping if shipping USPS Ground Advantage.
     

    • ​If Priority Mail is requested or a request for shipment via a different carrier is made, shipping charges will apply according to the specified carrier or the current rate of USPS Priority Mail.
       

Payment is due prior to shipment or local pickup/delivery. Once payment has been received (non-cash orders) you will receive an email within 24 hours with a tracking number or a prompt to schedule for local pickup/delivery.
